The United States saw the widest gap in unemployment rates for African Americans and whites in years at the conclusion of the first year of Biden’s presidency, underscoring an uneven recovery from the coronavirus pandemic and the Biden administration’s failure to meet its promises to foster racial equity in the economy.

The jobless rates for whites fell half a percentage point to 3.2 percent, while the rate for blacks rose from 6.7 percent to 7.1 percent, according to data released by the Labor Department on Friday.

Trump had the two figures closing, and closing fast, not to mention rising real wages for the bottom 20%.

Joey Mushbrain sure fixed all that.

Why would that be?

Hmmm

If only there was a serious reduction in a certain type of job....that.migjt indicate such things

Your form of denial is boring. Did you read the first post? Look at the numbers? They are published.

The number of people becoming unable to buy stuff because of oBiden's cancelation of anything he thought labeled Trump has cause inflation to go unchallenged. Production is down, the GAP has widened beyond our most frightening nightmare and so many are out of work or have experienced a wage reduction that has crippled the economy.

The ramifications of whoever is pulling this puppets strings is going to hurt for a long time. Not just the unemployed he has focused on increasing. It hasd backfired because he is not creating dependency. He has nothing to help them with.

Yes, it could be.
Although I was looking at the regions with the highest % of African-Americans, and it's an ambivalent finding - near but not close enough to the border.

Jared Bernstein, member of Biden’s Council of Economic Advisors: “One thing we learned in the 1990s was that a surefire way to reconnect the fortunes of working people at all skill levels, immigrant and native-born alike, to the growing economy is to let the job market tighten up. A tight job market pressures employers to boost wage offers to get and keep the workers they need. One equally surefire way to sort-circuit this useful dynamic is to turn on the immigrant spigot every time some group’s wages go up.

But the left couldn't leave standing anything Trump created, even if it meant destroying the country. Their comeuppance however will be coming in November.

exactly.

Don't get me wrong, I'm no fan of US Republicans,
given their disdain for minimum wage earners, and their tax cuts and deregulations of billionaires and corporations.

But US Democratic Politicians are snakes .
They pretend to be the party of the working class,
yet they encourage the mass influx of illegals who are used precisely to drop wages and conditions for the working class.

Funny how you just posted more grievance porn instead of focusing on the gap here.

The people most impacted by the pandemic are those working the jobs that are.most.impacted by the pandemic....the gap demonstrates what jobs are being worked by what people

All of those things would be the opposite of inflationary pressures.

The ramifications of whoever is pulling this puppets strings . . .

 And who would that be?
