"Because it's there."

Reminds me of the time David Letterman asked Tom Hanks, Why in the world do we bother with this Mars crap/what a waste of money or time spent.

And Hanks says, brilliantly:

"Because it's next, Dave!!"

And I would agree. There is plenty of value in what is "next" or has not yet been done. And the moment there isn't?

Then that's when it's all over.

No.

It's a photo from Alaska.

Oh, so it's a depiction of Scotland's Glen Nevis national park - in a picture that came from Alaska. Thanks for clearing that up, Thor!

No idea about Scotland or it's parks. I believe I've seen Scotland from the airplane, far in the distance, but I'm not sure.

My experience of Scotland is catching a Royal Navy ship at Greenock at 7 am and then navigating it down the Clyde with discreet help from the Helmsman who might say "I wouldn't do that, sir".

We made it out to the Irish Sea without incident.

Sadly, he passed away. :(

I popped into the thread after seeing his name on the front page. He was such an amazing person.

Trying to do this on my phone, sorry. Never was good at it anyway.

Please let me know re Perg. Front page of what?
