Ain't gonna happen. Passing over the Prince of Wales could be done in theory, but it would require some compelling concern on a constitutional level. It would have to be something rather more serious, nowadays, than Edward VIII's choice of a wife (which, by the way, was only the public pretext for the Abdication Crisis -- the real reason the establishment wanted the king gone was because he was pro-German, was even leaking Cabinet secrets to the Germans).
