I wonder, does a woman's footwear affect how she feels as much as how men react to it? I suspect it it does, and that's a huge part of the appeal for me.

Yes they does....men are attracted to different body parts..legs..feet..and shoes are a huge part for me...and she loves it too...

Very much so.

It changes how they walk, but also how it looks. Going from simply jeans and sneakers to jeans and high heels, changes their entire look, and how they feel. They feel sexy wearing them and get treated differently in them.

Unfortunately, that comes with the price tag of being vulnerable in heels; where they can walk, and how fast and far they can walk, but that is what us husbands and boyfriends are for.

Any woman who wears heels in my life, gets long foot rubs afterward
