Or is the story about two ships passing in the night, as the barista has similar thoughts but neither knows how to make the move?

Here's a take on the delivery scenario: the barista sees a woman begin to stop in daily for coffee, a curvy MILF, who through casual conversation mentions that she is widowed. One day she doesn't come in, but instead calls the coffee shop asking if she can get a coffee and an order of scones delivered. Looking at the address, he recognizes it as being only two doors down from where he lives. So he makes the delivery. She notices the coffee is black, and insists that he add cream to it... and your typical erotic hilarity ensues.

Or a variation: three women live at the house instead of one: the aforementioned widow, a shy wallflower type, and a young, attractive lady who does nude modeling on the side. So he makes the deliver, and is introduced to her roommates. Does he get it on with each of them, or all three at once?

I like both these.

In the variation, I see him first getting with each of them, thinking none knows about the others. In scene four they surprise him with the orgy.
