No, we mean when people like you kept on insisting that had happened when it didn't. I'm not even sure which four states you're talking about, but my best guess is WI, MI, PA and GA. They didn't "stop counting" at all, never mind at the same time, nor did Biden pull ahead at the same time in any two of them. Since Biden's votes were disproportionately absentee and they were counted after the in-person votes (because Trump's lawyers wanted it that way!), it makes perfect sense that he would start out behind and pull ahead once all votes were counted. There were even warnings before the election that we could expect a "red mirage", and those warnings were right.
