When emergency rooms are over run with Covid patients and a person is in serious, but treateable, condition and arrives at the hospital after a car accident...if they can't receive treatment due to the emergency room being overrun and they die...

...that is a covid related death.

Well, if health insurance is like other forms of insurance, it is renewed annually. At the point of renewal, the insurers could easily slip in a legally binding provision excluding coverage for the unvaccinated. Nobody would notice immediately.

If you read the fine print...it is already in there. Insurance Companies have the right to not cover many procedures...or pay for many types of medications

If an ambulance transporting a bug patient runs over a pedestrian and both patients die, only one is a bug death. And maybe none if the bugged guy died of injuries from the accident instead of the bug.

Here is one rare instance where I partially agree with you. Commie president Ronald Reagan signed legislation that outlawed turning away people needing emergency treatment for financial reasons.

Everything else is fair game.

I personally believe that hospitals and doctors should surcharge the unvaccinated. Let the unvaccinated suffer financially for their churlishness.
