Rittenhouse print will walk

Kyle was stupid and his crying on the stand made him look weak as fuck. If he was innocent of murder, why are there two dead? Wandering around in a riot with a gun is not patriotic.

Where did they find that judge?

I think he should get a pass (or it be noted he's human) for crying on the stand. He's basically just a dumb kid bamboozled by despicable programming and he's in a horrific position.

Funny how he melted down over him being "threatened and chased" but was fine when describing the murders.

What murders???

Oh you're shilling for your pedo/wife beating socialist comrades and their right to violently attack people and destroy peoples lives.

Says quite a lot about who Luk is.... his hatred for the right of American citizens to defend themselves against his favored brand of terrorism.... defender of pedo-terrorist engaging in his favored brand of terrorism.

i partially agree with this, having brought up some sons...at that age, they are not fully adult and the kind of programming, encouragement, he's received to believe and behave the way he has is largely responsible and he must be feeling as if he's living through a nightmare where things he did that he saw no problems with (even saw himself as heroic) are now being held up against him as crimes he may spend time inside for! It's a lot to mentally handle and easy to understand why a person his age might find themselves in distress.

however, having said that, I was watching him closely as the footage was shown and reshown: on tighter shots, I couldn't help but notice how his eyes seemed to dart to one side and the next, not so much in a 'panic, looking for escape' mode but a shrewder manner suggesting (to me, at least) that he was checking out the reactions of others to his performance. There was, in my mind, a total disconnect between his crying/hyperventilating jag and those critical glances. Just like the disconnect between his behaviour when describing his 'attackers' and his own actions in shooting people.

Well maybe the left should stop trying to crucify the victim of a violent attack for defending himself from rioting terrorist scum bags.

I don't see a thread on the Arbury trial.

As awful as the prosecutor is in the Rittenhouse case, the defense attorney in the Arbury case is even worse. He put his stupid, fat client on the stand, who then signed his own conviction papers.

That's because we all want to know if the push for partisan justice systems is going to be made so obvious and in your face that it might as well be official. People want to know if their civil rights rights are dependent on partisan jurisdiction or if there is still SOME rule of law left.

Everything I've seen in the last couple years including the Rittenhouse case tells me there is no such thing as rule of law.

Your rights are what you make them and nothing else... the government absolutely positively will NOT protect your rights, proof is in the pudding. The USA is fucked. :D

As his defense of lefty "progressive" approved terrorist to violently attack citizens of the US of A and destroy their lives all the while shaming of any victims who DARED to defend themselves against the violent attacks of his comrades as somehow being the wrongdoers proves he is in fact the victim blaming DARVO piece of shit.

Just like most (D)eez. :D

The prosecutor wa so "terrible" in the Rottenhouse trial that the jury is STILL deliberating what Deplorables thought was a slam dunk verdict.

*chuckles*

The prosector also had to deal with a biased judge who literally had the traitor in chief's theme song as his ringtone.

I love how leftist think the judge is biased/racist because his ringtone indicates that he might not hate the USA as much as they do. :D

Hmmm... so in your vast trial experience, the jury taking a long time is bad news for the defendant?

A third day of deliberations is not what the pro-shoot-your-political-opponents contingent here was expecting.

Actually it was, and I doubt we'll get a verdict.

There are people ready to acquit, and others scared of the terrorist threats coming from the left. Reasonable considering the state largely backs those terrorist and their violent acts.

The trial itself as a total abortion of civil rights and rule of law.

That ^ is what you took from my comment???

All I have been hearing from Deplorables is how terrible the prosecutor was, and how this was a slam dunk for the defense.

Based on that ^ narrative you would think Rottenhouse should have been walking free three days ago and bragging about being "famous Bruh.

I personally think the moment Rottenhouse left the property he was "protecting" and crossed the police line in pursuit of the protesters, he created the emergency and provoked the confrontation that resulted in the shootings, nullifying his self defense claim. The straw purchase of his AR-15 and his very presence in Kenosha also helped create the emergency. His lack of a side arm with hollow point ammunition for self defense speaks to his recklessness, as does his running to put out a fire alone in the midst of the unrest. His lying about being an EMT and offering "medical" assistance to perfectly healthy protesters while brandishing his AR-15 speaks to his confrontational/ provoking behavior.

All this ^ information was laid out in great detail by the prosecutor.

Not too shabby.

I watched most of the trial. I watched all of Rittenhouse's testimony and all of the closings. Not relying at all on what the various media, social and otherwise, tells me to think; If I were on the jury, I'd vote to acquit.

The law doesn't require him to roll over and take a beating like a little bitch.
