We can't lose sight of the fact that the jury was not sequestered and may be cognizant of the threats against their lives that have been leveled. The left knows where they live. The judge has been threatened as well.

This was obviously a political show trial, a malicious prosecution, in which the law was thrown out the window. If he's found guilty the judge may have to grow a pair and honor that motion for mistrial with prejudice he's holding under advisement.
