DeSantis would make a terrific candidate. He’s my favorite at this point in time, however Pompeo is signaling interest in running as well. He’d be a strong candidate.
I’m actually more curious about the Democrats. It’s getting harder and harder to imagine Biden being able to hold it together in 2024. Recent polls now shows a majority not only disapprove of his job performance, they don’t think he’s mentally sharp. And Kamala’s approval ratings are worse than the Delta variant. I won’t be surprised if Tulsi becomes the first Democrat to launch a primary challenge. She single-handedly ended Kamala’s 2020 campaign before it really began.
