So I’m a married, dad. Yes, I need to lose some weight, but still think I’m attractive. Any ladies out there enjoy being with a guy who has a dad bod?

I'm 40 and joke with my wife that I'm developing a dad body; a little extra in the tummy (from junk food, sodas and a desk job) and I've had a receding hairline since I was 18 (I basically just buzz cut it down now because my wife isn't ready for me to shave it off completely).
I've never been one to enjoy working out, though I have been making some healthier food choices and wouldn't mind trimming up the tummy some.
Good exercise does not have to be all workouts. Find a fun activity that gets you moving. Dancing can be very good for you and not a bad way to set the mood for more activity when you get home.
I’ve heard some mention that they are attracted to the dad bod. Not sure if that’s true or not. I agree that staying healthy is good. Exercise for stamina is key!
I've heard mention on here the same things about women, girls, females being attracted to "dad bod types" but have never witnessed such things in RL. Not to say that I haven't seen young girls with older dad types, but more often than not these situations were brought about by excessive amounts of drugs and alcohol fueled by 'fat wallets'.
I’m particularly fond of a Dad bod. Also over 50. I write about it too x
