McCabe sued the DOJ and “won.” He will now get his full pension, as well as roughly $200,00 in back pension pay. His firing has been completely expunged from his FBI record, and he gets his cufflinks. His lawyers will get $539,000 in taxpayer money for legal fees. He also gets to keep the $566,836 he made off of his public beggary (pimped by Rachel Madcow) for help with his legal bills, which, as I just mentioned, WE paid for. And let’s not forget any cheddar he received for his anti-Trump book, The Threat How the FBI Protects America in the Age of Terror and Trump.

And all of the money should come out of Donald Trump's personal account--if he actually had any money in his account.
 
Trump should reimburse taxpayers for the money spent by the federal government that was forced to defend the US.

The GOP should reimburse states that are conducting bullshit election audits.

Nope, he shoulders a big slice of Trump winning his election over Clinton and he still needs to be prosecuted for knowingly illegally leaking information, even if it was good the information got out. He was the chief legal officer and he knew what he did was illegal or he wouldn't have done it that way. He's not a hero.

Seems you can lie to the FBI all you want if you lie for the right reasons, i.e. to advance the interests of the Deep State. And that's exactly what McCabe did and now he's being reward for his faithful lies and seditious meddling.

There is zero doubt that McCabe lied repeatedly to the FBI.

Why was he not arrested like Mike Flynn or Roger Stone?

The IG report laid it all out, Fuzzy. And either way, Roger Stone got an early-morning raid with dozens of armed agents in flak jackets and CNN in tow. Andy got none of that.

While I fully understand the "progressives" rejoicing here it is indeed another sad day.

Time and time again we see highly placed people who have committed gross indiscretions rewarded with the taxpayers monies. This is NOT restricted to just the left, the right has been equally guilty of this.

It reinforces the notion of there being a two tiered justice system and accelerates the 'tit for tat' actions of both sides of the political spectrum.

The FBI needs to be thoroughly gutted. They are becoming a joke, a very unflattering joke, even in the eyes of their fellow federal law enforcement brothers and sisters. You see all the other federal law enforcement agencies have a charter, a title within the law, under which they operate. Those agencies are quite fenced in as to what they can of cannot do. No such charter exists for the FBI. They can do anything they please and do so without oversight or restrictions (yeah, here's where some barracks lawyer starts quoting law. The problem is that for every law quoted there exists another paragraph that allows them to circumvent the paragraph quoted, so don't waste your, or my, time.) The organization is actually worse today than it was under J. Edgar.

Justice is NOT a fucking football game where the idea is to win and then we can all go home and celebrate or mourn for a few moments and then life goes on. Each one of these circumvention's of justice has consequences. It's easy to see why, the blacks in particular and citizens in general, are more and more incensed with the antics of the DOJ. When the high suffer the same penalties as the low, then and only then, will justice truly be blind.
