*Gun ranges generally cost money to use. Ammo costs money too
*Probably a lot of bad hips = standing not easy
*Talk big, but are cowards & gunfire would scare them
*Many in rural areas, so that might make it easier
*They deal in fantasy more often than reality

Gun ranges are pretty cheap. I pay a whole 25 bucks a year. It's tough, I have to skip lunches and go without sometimes but I think it's worth it.

Ammo is expensive but any real shooter reloads. It's easy, inexpensive and once you get decent at it, it doesn't take much time.

Shotguns are fun. Easy to do the reloads, too. I can spend a lot of time just taking down clay pigeons. It's satisfying.
