Trump is well into his 70s. It's normal for doctors to issue cognitive tests at that point because at some point your cognitive skills will start to drop.

Considering Biden and Trump, one has a genetic history of Dementia through his Father, the other does not.

They both have balance issues, Biden has stumbled and Trump is scared of descending stairs and slopes.

Both are teetotal.

One is obese the other is not.

They are both elderly 78, and 75.

There have been no medical reports on Trump since 2019 and I don't know when Biden was last examined.

Not much basis for concluding anything one way or another.
