Tax The Rich!!...

You voted for a tax fraud and cheat. Twice.

Situational outrage from the usual sellout hypocrite trumpers. AKA the usual.

Yes, I get that you believe that

Go look at your 1040 and tell me where all the complexity is. Hint: It ain't in the calculation of taxes due.

I guarantee those rich people you sneer at pay every dime that is due.

STFU. Everyone does everything they can to pay as little as possible. That's the name of the game. We all play with the gray areas. He just happens to be able to afford a firm of accountants to find every loophole and exception.

Whine some more.

Who do you think is responsible for the complexity (hint: it's not the middle class income earners)

Good thing you're a runner, you can get away from this convo more quickly.

So you must fill out the 1040-EZ, right?

Well this must be the absolutely the dumbest post you have made....in a while....

In another thread you claimed to have owned a business in the past, which means you should understand the stupidity of what you just said....

I used to pay my account a ton of money, why?> Well it was not because I am a generous and friendly person. No it was to ensure that I kept every damn penny I made that I could.

I made sure every deduction I could take was taken, and then some. If the CRA had a ruling on a tax code that even looked remotely viable, I took it. Again why? to maximise my profits. ( note if you use an existing rule, and during audit, it is found to be used incorrectly, then their is no penalty, and in Canada you get to first, appeal, then after loosing the appeal,30 days interest free.)

Now regular middle class people could do this too, but at $150.00 bucks an hour, and a normal return being 10-12 hours, that account best find you a lot of loop holes...but for a large pre-taxed income, 1500-2000 bucks is nothing if you find/claim/reduce income by a couple hundred thousand or even millions. ( look at Trumps 75 million income rebate claimed for losses).

No Bud, the large income earners do not pay "every cent that is due.....they use every rule/loop hole to avoid paying anything....didn't Trump claim he paid ( directly) 750.00 in income tax for 2016?

You do not get wealthy by "paying", you get their by earning, and keeping every dime, nickle and penny....want me to prove that, just ask anyone wealthy, or an account....

What a zinger, Sparky

As my accountant said when I asked him how he felt about a flat tax: "The flat tax is easy. Deciding what to tax, that's the hard part." And he's right. There are schedules, worksheets, addenda and a host of instructions just to get to that line where you apply the tax table. That's where the mischief is.

If you're not being forced to, why the fuck would you??

I sure as shit won't..... COME AND TAKE IT.

Two of the biggest fact free fee fees machines on the board telling another conspiracy theory and cheering it. :D

You just said exactly what I did, but with ill-will, venom and sneering that so characterizes your responses to me. You, just like America's wealthy, paid every loony you owed. QED.

I'm. Not saying the current taxes are the best way to do shit, dipshit. I'm saying that the rich are the ones that make it complicated..
By lobbying the loudest

Which is why we right-wing extremists have been lobbying for decades for a simple, transparent system like the National Sales Tax or a no-deduction Flat Tax.

But that doesn't allow for the social engineers to do their thing, so we get what we get.

^^ anything to alleviate the politicians responsibility there. Wouldn't look good for "the Party".
