For your education, What Milley did, if true, is to admit manifest treason. If he made those comments to the Chinese General that Woodward claims he did, he admitted he would commit treason. He could be charged with a number of crimes and violations of the UCMJ, all felonies.

So, you are incorrect in your assessment of my use of the word "thwart." In doing so, General Milley broke the law and the UCMJ.
