Biden’s mask mandate only applies to federal government employees, and even some of them are exempt. Private businesses are not affected. OSHA might draft a rule at some point in the weeks or months ahead, and it might survive a challenge in the courts, but that’s purely speculative.

No idea. Doubt they have the power to force private businesses to comply, but I’m no subject matter expert. They haven’t even written a rule, so it’s just an academic discussion. I do think the mandate for federal employees will stand.

I don’t see how but then again, it depends on how it is challenged in the Courts and it WILL be. Likely by the Union. How weird would that be. Biden may have to defend forcing covid survivors to take a vaccine when they have natural immunity. Most of the reports I’ve read claim natural immunity is better than the vaccine. A clever Lawyer could force the Administration to prove the efficacy and safety of an mRNA “vaccine” vs a traditional “dead virus” vaccine. That would get interesting. The chicken pox vaccine came out in the 70’s I think. I’ve never had the vaccine for it because my MD’S told me I didn’t need it since I’ve already the disease and have natural immunity. The entire mandate thing I think is on shaky ground.
