Physician Tells Senate, Ivermectin Is a COVID 'Wonder Drug;' 'If You Take It, You Wil

Eh, I don't get why people are obsessed with one particular drug....HCQ was the same way....both have shown promise to some degree, but there are definitely other drugs which have shown more effectiveness in safer doses, equally as cheap and more available for consumption. (more supply)

The bottom line is, if you doctor is interested in such drugs, let them prescribe it for you - but you shouldn't push a drug you heard about because you believe it works.....have the conversation with them.....follow their advice.

The drug, itself, is meant for when you already have Covid. The vaccine is taken prior to (or after) getting the virus and already prevents severe illness. I'll stick with that approach and seek options for treatment, if I get it.

READ THE RESEARCH

I have no reason to take the drug. The research shows that it has not been proven to be effective.

One physician stating otherwise doesn't actually change that.

If you want to take it, then do so, hopefully with your doctor's advice.

You’ve not read the research, you’re just listening to what the CDC tells you when you on the internet. There is a LOT of studies on ivermectin and HCQ with impressive results.

The REAL question is, why are repurposed drugs getting shot down ONLY in the United States by the CDC/NIH/Herr Fraud Fauci? The vast majority of impressive studies on both, are from outside the United States.

They are shot down outside of the US too, are you really that incapable of researching your posts?

Drug companies are always fleecing sick people. The more sick people you have, the bigger the profit. It's in there best interest not to prevent the illness.

I actually have read the research. Doses tend to push towards unsafe levels in many of them.

Bottom line is, the studies are performed on those who already have covid, mostly for people already on ventilators. I've seen no study that it prevents anyone from getting Covid by taking it and I haven't seen any that show taking the regiment of drugs after covid with Iver or without have shown any noticeable recovery rate.

As mentioned earlier, if I ever get Covid, I don't anticipate being sick enough to even consider the drug, so I'm not concerned. If I was, my doctor would be the one to prescribe proper treatment, and I'd opt for FDA approved medication over experimental unless extreme measures were needed. My doc has told me that he wouldn't prescribe it in that case, and I'm fine with that approach.
