A prosecutor would not release any evidence prior to review....and 14,000 hours as I said above is a lot review time......

I suggest you read Plato's Crito. In a nutshell, Socrates refuses his friends' help to escape his unjust death sentence because a citizen owes obedience to the laws of his city, right or wrong.

Now, even to Socrates that duty was not absolute. He was the one man who refused to carry out arrests for the Thirty Tyrants, and nothing in his philosophy made their government less legitimate than the democracy.

But no civilian in America is being asked to go that far.
