Poll: Voters favor Trump over Biden in hypothetical 2024 matchup

Voters favor former President Donald Trump over President Joe Biden in a hypothetical 2024 matchup, an Emerson College survey released this week found.

The national survey, taken August 30 to September 1, 2021, among 1,200 registered voters, presented respondents with a series of hypothetic 2024 matchups.

The former president slightly edges out Biden in a hypothetical head-to-head matchup, 47 percent to 46 percent.

I agree with most of the above; it's way too early...

Polling isn't a science in the real world. Its a probability engine. It requires a large enough pool and wide enough demographic to give data worth a damn. You shouldn't use just one poll but at least five if not ten. Its also worth noting that while somehow conservatives turned this into "Hillary's certain victory" from every major poll having them with in margin or error.

If we're talking a presidential election we should really be looking at a state by state level. Like there are a few states that really don't matter. CA hasn't gone red since the 80s. Sure anything COULD happen but in the grand scheme of things I'm not interested in data out of any state that has remained solid R or D since the 90's

Its also worth noting since you're still trying to pretend it didn't happen but we know the Russians were screwing with it. Its pretty obvious Trump KNEW even if he wasn't in on it. He was by the by. But there is only one reason why we didn't spend 2016-2021 hardening our systems. Hopefully once everything stops popping up we get to work on that.

Seriously though the exact right counties swinging is hard to predict. Anyway polling is like meteorology. Its never perfect. NEVER.

Did Trump just go up with the first TV ad of the 2024 presidential campaign?

He’s been repeatedly taking aim at President Biden over the turbulent U.S. withdrawal and evacuation from Afghanistan, even calling on the president to resign.

So it’s no surprise that former President Trump this past week went up with an ad titled "Failure" which uses a montage of video clips and still photos to criticize Biden over this summer’s lightning fast takeover of Afghanistan by repressive Taliban forces and the hastily organized evacuation at Kabul’s international airport to airlift Americans and their Afghan allies out of the warn torn Central Asian country.

Since the end of his administration seven and a half months ago, Trump has repeatedly teased making another White House run in 2024. If he follows through on his flirtations, the spot could be seen as the first ad of the next presidential campaign.

Trump pays tribute to 9/11 during visit to New York police precinct, hints at 2024

Former President Trump on Saturday hinted that he might run for president again in 2024 during a visit on the 20th anniversary of 9/11 to the New York Police Department's (NYPD) 17th precinct.

When asked by a NYPC officer whether he'd run for president a second time, Trump responded, "That's a tough question."

"Actually, for me, it's an easy question. I mean, I know what I'm going to do, but I'm not supposed to be talking about it yet from the standpoint of campaign finance laws, which, frankly, are ridiculous," said Trump.

However I do not see at this time any one else worth voting for. Joe Biden is a disappointment and too old to run again. Harris has disappeared. The Republicans are lost in the web of Trumpism. As His Fraudulency Joe Biden’s presidency implodes, polling shows former President Donald Trump would trounce Biden in a 2024 rematch.

Rasmussen Reports, one of the country’s most accurate pollsters, shows that should Trump choose to run again in 2024, he would obliterate Joe Biden by a margin of 51 to 41 percent.

Trump would also beat Her Vice Fraudulency Kamala Harris by a healthy margin of 52 to 39 percent.
