How to have a thread moved

I’m recycling a old thread I made last year and it’s in the general boards now . I’d rather recycle if you will and not create a new one.

If possible how can I have this thread moved to the personals.

What if there isn’t a mod for that section ? The GB doesn’t have any that I can see. I’m guessing they surrendered to a lost cause maybe.

Maybe the mods as a whole have a overlord that has the powers to move it ?

ask the mod of the section your thread is in

the mods often shunt threads around when the content is better suited somewhere else

I'm sure your existing mod will have the power - you just have to put your case forward

I didn’t move any threads. There is another mod. If you’re talking about the Headphones thread, then I agree with the move. It doesn’t belong in a section devoted to BDSM discussion. I didn’t see that thread anywhere other than the Cafe, though.

Thank you for the reply. I’m a smuck , know it and own it. Your explaining it makes total sense. Bdsm talk isn’t the place for casual threads about everyday topics like what’s your mood or another what music are you listening to.

Those belong in the cafe , my bad .

It was a different music topic btw , and in context putting it there in the talk section was the wrong place to start a thread with that topic.
