At least once a day. And I have favorite toys. It doesn’t matter how much sex I’ve had or not had, to me they aren’t really related. Sometimes it’s PART of sex, but usually it’s just me doing me regardless if sex.

ETA: I do currently work from home but my spouse does also. That definitely gets in the way. But he also doesn’t care.
 
To answer SNG’s question, sometimes a lot (two or three times a day) sometimes not at all. It’s rare I’d go more than a week though.

Frequency is usually tied to how busy I am at work and how much time I spend on her polluting my innocent mind.

Most of the time it's just when I'm in the mood or have inspiration that puts me in the mood, but there are times, like recently, when it's every day. Though partly that is because I started a new medication recently that seems to put me in the mood a lot :D

I've gotten more experimental with what works as I've gotten older, but there are some tried & true ways that I'll go back to if I just want to er, finish quickly!
