Most of the time it's just when I'm in the mood or have inspiration that puts me in the mood, but there are times, like recently, when it's every day. Though partly that is because I started a new medication recently that seems to put me in the mood a lot

I've gotten more experimental with what works as I've gotten older, but there are some tried & true ways that I'll go back to if I just want to er, finish quickly!
