Thirteen years ago, Afghan interpreter Mohammed helped rescue then-Sen. Joe Biden and two other senators stranded in a remote Afghanistan valley after their helicopter was forced to land in a snowstorm. Now, Mohammed is asking President Biden to save him.

Just out of curiosity, did you make a thread for Trump, when he abandoned the Kurds? You know the Kurds had people killed who helped out your military too, when Trump pulled the plug in Syria....and if you didn't, you should look up the word "hypocrite".

There is no whataboutism, I asked a question, and included a preamble. If you were not here, then obviously you didn't make a post condemning Trump.

However, now that I have your attention, are you familiar with the Syria withdraw?

I was queasy about it, but unless we're willing to relo hundreds of thousands of them here, it was either stay indefinitely in Syria or leave them.

Quite a bit different from bringing back the one guy who not only helped our guys directly, but participated in saving your hide.

I fail to see a difference, except in the case of Biden there is a name. Trump did exactly as Biden has done.

So if you call out Biden, then call out Trump, or .....it reads only as partisan politics.

Pud was "queasy" about the traitor in chief literally abandoning our Kurdish allies / women and children, but Pud is vociferously condemning President Biden for the efforts he made to actually evacuate many at risk Afghans.
