I did it by making lists, keeping my nose to the grind stone and pushing through. It's not forever.

Seasonal changes in your life will always make you uncomfortable. Dealing with a stress is a good thing so long as you realize you will be in a new phase of life afterwards. You don't want to come out of the womb looking like you want to still have an umbilical cord attached.
