Amazingly, it has happened to me. I found a pic of an old high school classmate on here. I am still facebook friends with her and chat with her occasionally, but I have not let her know that I did. I really kind of want to, but I don't want to make her uncomfortable because it is a really explicit picture.

Not on this platform, but, I have once chatted to a lady from my hometown and realized I knew her from a mutual friend.

We agreed to meet in real life and had a wonderful lunch and conversation.

I guess it depends on the nature of the online conversations and, with me, even if she was much older, she was able to drop her guard and converse honestly.

We were chatting a few years ago and she told me that she had had two "side pieces" but they wanted more and she didn't want to leave her husband. This was before I had discovered the pic of her, but it seems clear the pic was for/by one of her lovers.
