Swannie's Random Stuff

I'm envious on 3 counts :rose:
Its not a bad old place to be locked into.
The wildflowers have all decided to come out now

Even the red dust road adds to the beauty of this scene, :how is it so free of potholes?
Wait until the corrugations set in. You either slow down or speed up until you don't go deaf or get shaken to bits. I'm of a fan of faster.
back up to 24C and sunny weather

At 24c, in Scotland some would complain that it is too hot.
At 24, people might start to take off their winter sweaters. Actually the beaches are crowded today with people getting some sun on their bodies.
A quick one on the bed

Going solo again, what a waste for the appreciators of your fine contours. but content with your skill with the kodak brownie: Sorry your too young to remember this contraption.
The 120 film cartridge and the cube flash?
LOL Ohverbatum7
Kodak Brownie is a great way to date us old farts !! Complete with 120 film or 116??
I am well and truly 35mm for the remaining SLRs I have. I do sometimes go out with black and white film in one. I am a great fan of trying to get your eye in and compose a shot with one photo attempt.
Great colors in the first 2, look's like our spring weather here.

Loved the roiling hills and lighting in the 3rd picture! :)
Winter is kind of spring as well. My arse pic turned alright, it was the light from a lamp in the bedroom and just settled on a nice colour.
Gorgeous set of photos, Miss S. :rose:
Thanks love, I needed to find time for the third to be able to slot in some of the others, otherwise it would be a travelogue and not an exhibitionist outlet.

It has been depressingly wet weather down this way up until this week. The wettest July since 1892 in fact and not so crash hot in August either. not that we can't use the rain, its just that I am more a solar powered person. It was conducive weather for watching Olympics though, especially as they were in my time zone.

Took off last week for a couple of days 400km north of here to get a few things done. They are slightly warmer there and the rain was already tapering off. The wildflowers have all decided to come out now, so spring is definitely on the way

Fortunately the weekend ahead is back up to 24C and sunny weather so I can see a beach day ahead, most likely over on the island on the boat so I can get a bit of sun on my body. The cold weather hasn't made me want to flash too much. very much out of the shower and into something warm. A quick one on the bed before diving under the covers is about the best I have managed for a bit.

Enjoy yourselves, enjoy the sunny weather and outdoors.

You could send some of that rain to California. We’re on fire again.

You could send some of that rain to California. We’re on fire again.

It's funny, we are having an average year, it's just that average has been not the case since the late 80's, rainfall falling by half. But there is La Niña in the southern Pacific, and the Indian Ocean dipolar is neutral to negative so the weather system hits the south west coast and drag some of the tropics over the north.
California is suffering the inverse of it, kind of the same latitudes maybe a bit further north (we are Sandiego, Baja, Mexican coast type). We are at 31 on the west coast, Melbourne is 37, the southern tip of Tasmania is 47, and then after that it is ocean all the way to the Antarctic continent.

But somewhat interrelated. The monsoons from the Indian Ocean over India get caught on the trade winds and go over southern China and Japan, up over to Alaska and down the coast. Once you start throwing components out of whack then it's all knock on effects.

All the same pine forested areas over your way are some of the worst for fires. When it gets hot they release their oils and resin in a cloud, which is just a flammable fireball that's going to explode. That's not ever going to be easy with warming. Bad enough when the grass burns and eventually gets hot enough to light the trees up over here. You need more of those inverse typhoon tracks over Japan at the moment, south to north, to kick some big moisture into the trade winds.

You have such a technical mind that I find sexy, Is it likely that you set your stopwatch when you embark on a bit of rumpy-pumpy

The 120 film cartridge and the cube flash?

The joy of getting your pictures back from the chemist to find a number of blanks.

Hope you had some fun over the weekend ??

I kind of did. Blue skies, a few coffees, run on the beach. Cooked Indian two nights in a row (I couldn't decide between two lots of spice mixes so bought both and used both). Did get out on the boat for the day.

No, time is not the currency in the bedroom, not that quick is part of the vocabulary either.

Not so much of late. Can't leave the state again, my destinations are very much within.

Forgetting what you took and then wondering if the photo place made copies.

Just popping in after an interesting week. Maybe some more later.

It's spring here for sure. The neighbourhood plum blossoms are all coming out.

Still in the Dog Days of Summer here ... But wondering if the top pic has anything to do with the interesting time .. Beautiful and can't wait to hear.💋💋

Multitasking is no problem for you, popping in, and at the same time as popping out, why do I find a photo like that more erotically stimulating than that of leaving leaving it all hanging out??

Just read that the Australian population in 1945 was 7.5 million, now it stands at 25.3, do you go in for large families? :D

Very nice blossoms indeed
Yes lovely pink flowers

No, you should have learned by now that mine are partially up most hours of the day so you can't use them as a mood barometer exclusively.

Oh good, I will stay partially dressed forever now, no more nudes.

Not really these days. There was a huge immigration boom from 1945. We oscillate now between the government asking us to have three babies to having immigration levels increase. They are not quite the same, as instant working age population increase usually increases property prices and depresses wage growth, where as kids use up disposable income but have 20 or so years before they are paying tax and consuming.
I probably should have had another but I don't go for odd numbers so would have had to have had another two.
Fruit blossom is so uplifting, pity that it is fleeting
Very fleeting. We have the natural bee population to keep up with it which is good. Would you believe we export bees to areas where they don't have enough to pollinate crops. Isolated so no diseases in them so they can go anywhere.
You are blossoming lovely. The plum isn’t doing too bad either.
No the plum blossoms hold their own as well. Too warm for cherries here, you have to go further south. In the hills the orchards are full of peach, nectarine, plums trees in bloom.
Something's popping out 😉 fantastit photos
They tend to most of the day. I'm not conscious of them of course, thats mostly others not able to look me in the eye.

Australia is blessed by an abundance of natural resources, do you have a large trade surplus, considering mineral deposits, wine and farming and I suppose that the holiday holiday trade adds to that.

I appreciate your acute sense of humour, if that happened I may find my membership rescinded as a result of present member's displeasure.

Yes a positive trade surplus with most places. Probably the key one is with China so we don't have the same problems as other places, although China has a problem with our surplus. Encouraging to see new generations of farmers going onto the land, including some from overseas that want to make a go of it in a rural setting. There are always new crops, products, markets to try. If you like family life, outdoors, sports, warmer weather then generally there is a place here somewhere for everyone. Just leave the shit at home
Clearly the tourist trade has been whacked a bit in the last few years, but let's hope that people might enjoy a plane ride out for an extended stay in the sun in the coming years. We all enjoy meeting new people and having a chat.

Probably goes against my penchant for displaying bits and pieces so would be self inflicted punishment but each in its own time.
... "my eyes are up here" 😉
I'm visual, I check out others bodies discretely too. Let's face it, who doesn't take a glimpse at boobs or an arse. I don't take offense at someone having a look, although if you can't manage a conversation without eyes predominantly on the face then you might want to sharpen your social skills, or sit further across the table with everything in visual range so you don't have to eye dart. Not sure of others but I back up my hearing in crowded rooms with lip reading so my eyes are fairly face focused. I just may have checked them out before or after.

I have a thing for smell too. I may have been a dog in a previous incarnation. I do like to register the smell of someone in my brain. Probably why I like hugging and cheek kissing as my preferred greeting.

Unlike any other product, bees very conveniently prepack themselves, I suppose the trick is keeping them docile when transporting.
