The client claimed she provided a poor service but the judge ruled that he had pre-agreed the contract without any performance criteria, the judge held the contract valid and ordered the client to pay.

It is a bill designed to appease the religious right. Your assumption that "the vast majority of women are there against their will" is just that, an assumption, un-supported by evidence.

In jurisdictions like New Zealand and Australia which have legalized prostitution, thus making it a woman's choice, two things have happened. Firstly there have been substantial numbers of women, particularly students and younger mothers willing to take the jobs, and secondly, because of increased local supply, trafficking has become unprofitable.

Why do legislators feel the need to legislate on what women choose to do with themselves?
