For the most part, yes. Thank you!! Just trying to get my energy levels back. Slowly, but surely. I have a rotator cuff thing going on now. So I'm working on that. LOL I made it to 48 and everything just fell apart at once.

Rotator cuff, oh no! I hurt mine in a fall. Waited 6 months of aching sleepless nights, but the tendon was 90% cut and they don’t heal on their own. Had the surgery and no more pain after 4 months of wearing a sling and PT. Feel great two years, now.

I got a Steroid shot last week, which is helping. But yes. Slow process. I had a different injury many years ago from work. So she said it was easier to re-injure.
