I do recall a couple of "white people" getting convicted of "buying" their white children into some Ivy league schools not to long ago.

Of course not. There are lots of qualified black students. But the Ivies already admit tons of unqualified blacks to meet quotas, even as they keep qualified Asians out.

I am getting lost in the math here. If there are lots of qualified black students: then clarify for me, is there not enough "qualified blacks students" applying, for a set amount of "black student spots"? ( I say black spots, since you claim there is quota which is where the math comes into it, since quota's are numbers).

Are these "qualified" students, applying to other universities, and not Ivy League ones?

Are the Ivy league schools admitting non qualified black students, over qualified black students? Or just over qualified Asian students? Perhaps they are admitting under qualified black students over Whites?

Is it because the "unqualified black students" need a government loan to afford to pay for the tuition, where as the qualified black/white/asian/green/blue/purple/yellow/ students don't?

Maybe all of the above?
