First, Axios published a story, talking about the content of the messages, thus proving the press leak portion of the story

Now the NSA has finally admitted that Carlson's emails and texts were not only monitored, but his name unmasked. Illegally.

I remember bringing that up when it first broke and the Lit Loons went nuts saying it was phony Russian propaganda, there was no FBI investigation, etc. I mentioned then the documents given to the Computer Store owner as a receipt for the laptop, contained both an FBI case number and a law enforcement code signifying a larger money laundering investigation. Another document revealed a grand jury subpoena number that appeared to show the initials of two assistant U.S. attorneys linked to the Wilmington, Delaware, field office. These simple facts testify to the existence of an FBI investigation. Another thing, the FBI had the laptop a year before the story broke.

I'm quite sure that Joe Biden and the Attorney General are going to bury or slow walk this investigation right up to the statute of limitations.
