Should we as a country have Yellen negotiating with the OCED to allow US tech companies to be taxed without congressional approval? So countries like Germany can benefit without doing any R and D into tech? And then if they want to raise that rate from 15% they can do so again, without congress voting on it? Taxation without representation led to our revolution. So bad financial and tax deals are made by idiots from both parties. Which is why I am a libertarian

Matthias Corrman, the German speaking formerly Belgian- now Australian and now boss of the OECD, was when Finance Minister in OZ the guy that came up with a way of taxing the local operations of Big Tech.
