Tell the story from a shifting viewpoint...

In view of the fact that the human race is now woke to the fact that there are dozens of genders, why limit the story to either male or female? Why not keep shifting the viewpoint of the story from one gender after another. I am not sure how many that would be since the latest woke science keeps adding on to the number. But this would give you a platform in which to explain the woke science behind the new gender enlightenment that is adding to social stabilization all around the world.

BTW dingbat, Hydrogen isn't one of the noble gasses. It's non metallic and it's also not silica. By default, that leaves carbon as the base for the atom. Unless you're going to tell us that there's another base that science doesn't know about which consists of the hydrogen atom alone.

As the coup de grace to your stupid insistence on ignorance, did you know that you can create hydrogen by dissolving charcoal (which is carbon) in acid?

Care to expand on this novel interpretation of Bohr's model, Tim?

I don't know Bohr's model but I do know you're a model boor.

It seems to me that there are 3 types of people in the world.

One group are those who keep their heads down and concentrate on their work. Another group is comprised of those who reach for the stars. Then there's the third group, of which you are one, who stand clustered together for the express purpose of telling each other that they're just as smart as the theologians who told Galileo that his theory that the planets revolve around the sun was heretical.

These are the same people who just knew the world was flat. And were just as wrong then, as they are now.

Thank you for drawing my attention to that story. It got me so worked up that I started rubbing my elbow. (I am not sure which gender that makes me but maybe I am a new elbow gender person.)

Hmmm, now I'm wondering if the linky went bad because from your feedback you seem to think that's a story about playing tennis. I assure you that I've never written a story about anyone playing tennis, so whatever domestic problem you and your elbow are having, it didn't come from reading my story.

But within these 3 types there are endless sub-types. Myriads of genders. Vast vats of bullshit. But all carbon based. Therefore... back to the OP... the story should be written from the viewpoint of carbon.

Wait, are you claiming that science is wrong and the hydrogen atom is actually made of carbon? And only you in your Galileo like wisdom have divined this essential truth?

If you actually knew anything about anything at all, including science, you'd know that most of what you're spinning here is bullshit.

Actually, you do know that. You just don't care because...

Oh, now there's an idea. Maybe you should pick up that ball and run with it. If you can.

Straight answer, Tim, do you think that hydrogen atoms are made of carbon?

I totally think you're a boor, a troll, and a loser who can't seem to understand almost everything that's going on in the world around him. I even provided you with a linky to a brand new study that details EXACTLY the how's and why's this is so.

Basically, it comes down to a simple example of your character. "Everyone" who thought he was "smart" (just like you think you're "smart") ridiculed Galileo for his thoughts and concepts. Not because Galileo was right or wrong, but because the ones who ridiculed him thought that it somehow made them feel like "big men" in their otherwise stature-free world.

Which makes me realize that I have to give you congratulations on actually finding that "free" something you've been searching so feverishly for your entire life.

Meanwhile, the poll is now closed and I have my answer.

You're no Galileo, Rapey. You're a histrionic liar who melts down constantly on a message board.

Y'all know that was supposed to be kind of a joke ......

Yep. And I'd just like to thank you. Without that throwaway gag we wouldn't have this glorious, glorious thread.

That's a lot of words to avoid answering a simple question, Tim. Do you think hydrogen atoms are made of carbon, yes or no?

the 2 links you provided do not say, anywhere, that water is carbon-based or organic. as i already posted, science basics tell us it is INORGANIC and comprised of 2 hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom. neither of these are carbon atoms.

harvard says: https://sitn.hms.harvard.edu/uncate...les-of-water-why-is-water-necessary-for-life/

The Molecular Make-up of Water
Many of water’s roles in supporting life are due to its molecular structure and a few special properties. Water is a simple molecule composed of two small, positively charged hydrogen atoms and one large negatively charged oxygen atom. When the hydrogens bind to the oxygen, it creates an asymmetrical molecule with positive charge on one side and negative charge on the other side (Figure 1). This charge differential is called polarity and dictates how water interacts with other molecules.

The Carbon molecule is a building block for life, but a molecule is not a base for atoms.

We know of the Quark, but what makes those up?

The Higgs boson is the fundamental particle associated with the Higgs field, a field that gives mass to other fundamental particles such as electrons and quarks. A particle's mass determines how much it resists changing its speed or position when it encounters a force. Not all fundamental particles have mass.

Maybe Carbon? :D

Also, the scientists who named the quarks probably did so after one too many post-discovery celebration toasts.
