I so looking to start my roadtrip to Italy on Thursday, first lunch with a friend 2 hours from here Thursday, then dinner with a friend in the southern part of Germany I haven't seen for 19 years (when I was 60 kg heavier) Friday. Saturday I'll arrive in Italy, and Tuesday next week I have a daytrip to Rome planned

Medical forms are the worst, but sometimes it does help, just because a patient does not know a certain term they might know it under another name/question.


And then sometimes the form was just written by a Jerk padding their pay by word fees.

Oh I hate that. I also couldn’t stand one I had to fill in recently with a scale (such as on a scale of one to ten, but a different scale) that was extremely poorly written, with no response that seemed fitting. Talk about leading questions!
