Biden’s Infrastructure Package Will Federalize Local Zoning Laws, Displace Single-Family Homes In Suburbs

https://www.technocracy.news/bidens...laws-displace-single-family-homes-in-suburbs/

This is pure Agenda 21/2030 Agenda policy to eliminate “unsustainable” single-family housing. Since the carrot is withholding of transportation funds, the patently unconstitutional Councils of Governments (COGS) will be used to force compliance. `

We have warned for years about the dangers of soviet regionalization through COGS, and how they strip city/county sovereignty while enforcing Agenda 21 zoning and transportation mandates. ⁃ TN Editor

Democrats plan to federalize local zoning laws within the infrastructure reconciliation package to displace single-family homes with high-rise, low-income apartments to impact the already purple suburbs.

The reconciliation package plans to implement the destruction of the suburbs via a measure within the package called the “HOMES Act,” which attempts put the federal government in charge of local zoning laws to change local demographics, impacting the already purple voting districts.

According to the measure within the transportation package, any local government that does not comply with the federal zoning guidelines, meaning “ordinances that ban apartment buildings from certain residential areas or set a minimum lot size for a single family home,” the Department of House and Urban Development (HUD) will cut off funding to that city – funding any city needs to maintain their current low-income housing......

This is true. They want to ban single family zoning which they think is racist. They refer to R1 zoning as “exclusionary zoning.” They’re infrastructure plan calls for grant money to be tied to “up zoning.” You can read about it on WhiteHouse.gov.

Why americans voted for this commie is beyond belief. If this bill passes the wealth of america ( peoples property value ) goes right down the toilet. Rural and suburbia will turn into the very shitholes those very same people moved away from!

What, because apartment buildings go up in the suburbs?! What on Earth are you talking about?!

Lol, technocracy.news gets a tinfoil hat rating from media bias rating site. But you knew that when you posted the op.

ShyBi continues to cruise the PB for Deplorable "alpha" cock using misinformation as bait.

Lies and misinformation are effective for snagging Deplorables votes, so it will probably also work as cock bait

Good luck ShyBi.

If anyone has any doubts about the Biden Administration’s attack on single family zoning, here’s the link.

Thanks for providing another example of systemic racism in America.

The lengths white america has gone to in the pursuit of unfair advantages is absolutely appalling, and the example you provided relating to housing is one of the most heinous.

There probably wouldn't be "white guilt" or "white shame" if there wasn't so much historical evidence of deplorable behavior by white people in positions of power.

Thanks again for supporting the need for teaching CRT.

The invisible hand of white racism has had it thumb and all four fingers on the scale of economic and social justice for far too long.

The shaming and guilt have nothing to do with history.

And everything to do with manipulative communication tactics to shame white people for things they didn't do.

And things like CRT appear to the idiots out there to validate that shaming.

No, they haven't.

They're invisible hand of white racism is invisible because it's imaginary.

There is absolutely no systemic racism in the United States. It is moronic to suggest otherwise. There is absolutely nothing stopping anyone from doing anything explicitly based on their race. Colored people can do anything white people do. There is nothing stopping colored people from living in a single family home in the beautiful suburbs. In fact it would be good for colored people to live in a single family home. You go to school. you work hard. You don't listen to asshole Democrats who tell you you're not good enough. You don't settle for shitty jobs. You work your fingers to the bone just like everybody else does. You stop complaining. You obey all the laws and regulations. You speak clearly and properly. You have respect for yourself. You take care of your health. You're fine, even if you're colored.

If you’re looking for legacy racism in housing, research the racial discrimination practices embedded in FDR’s New Deal FHA redlining by design. Fortunately, the late racist’s policies were slowed by the Supreme Court’s 1948 ruling that outlawed deed restrictions based on race or religion, and stopped when redlining was banned by the Fair Housing Act of 1968.

Yes, there has been plenty of systemic white racism in housing, and thank you for acknowledging it.

The fact that today's republicans continue to perpetuate the legacy of systemic white racism in society is deplorable.

Again, thank you.

Over a half century has passed since the Fair Housing Act. Are there racist zoning ordinances racist where you live?

This was debunked before Biden was even elected. I could look up some cites on the matter, but we all know that would just bring on cries of "fake news".
