Where did all the puffy nipples go? Stag films from the 50s and 60s featured lots of babes with hairy muffs and big, soft, suckable puffy nipples. Ditto the early years of Playboy. So where are they today? Puffies seem rare, almost out of vogue. I understand that hairstyles go out of vogue, but where are all the puffies?

Yes they are rare now days not as much
 
I think size has a lot to do with it and maybe age to some extent, not sure about the age though. I had puffy nipples when my breast begain to develope and they remained puffy until I was maybe 16 or 17. The bigger my breast gor the flatter my nipples became and I am all natural.
Nothing scietific here just my observation of myself. But I am sure I am not the only one that this was the way I developed. Nobody has complained how I am now though. :D

I assume you mean nipples that resemble thimbles??? Yea, i love those. Most men do...and women. As for bushes, i love natural women. But i grew up in the 70's so there's that.

Yes, I was the same. I was a late bloomer and thought there was something wrong with me. I had these big puffy nipples but nothing else hahahaha. Thankfully nature took it's course and whilst I dont have much in the way of boobs I have never had a complaint. ;) :D

I have puffy nipples. And not to be chauvinistic, they’re my favorite kind.

My daughter-in-law had puffies before she had her daughter. She would occasionally go braless. At 18 months she is still nursing so she has larger than normal nipples. I know this because she has always nursed out in the open. We shall see what happens when the nursing stops. She wants to have another baby so it might be a while.

That may be an important point. Now that it's mandatory for women to be at least eighteen to be on most of the porn sites, a lot of women who are less than that age, or even look like they're less than that age, aren't going to be selected for pictures on that site. OTOH, there are nudist sites that have plenty of pictures of naked children and teenagers, all in totally sex-free contexts, and I see a few girls with puffy nipples on those sites.
