WHO Recommends to Wear Mask Indoors Regardless of ...
https://www.sciencetimes.com/articles/31978/...

8 hours ago · Los Angeles health officials yesterday recommended everyone, whether they are vaccinated or not, practice indoor mask-wearing because of the increased spread of the highly communicable Delta variant.

I'm vaccinated but I still wear my mask when I walk into stores out of respect for the store associates.

I am vaccinated and so is my family. I still...and probably always will wear a mask in public. Why? Because you can't trust retarded people

Yes. The UK variant is 50% more transmissible than regular covid and the Delta variant is 60% more tramsmissible than the UK variant.

So I will wear a mask indoors in public places

I do.

I keep an eye on the transmission numbers and rates and don't really care (or are really influenced by, what various other people or the governments say).

So, for the time being, it's social distance, wash my hands, wear a mask, and don't go into anyplace I don't have too. And if I have to, get in, get out.

In the back of my head at least is the Spanish Flu pandemic, which lasted three years. Viruses, being natural, follow natural cycles and really don't give a crap about how we think they should behave.

As a force of nature, they adapt and spread to survive and they'll take any path available to them. The true end of the pandemic will occur when we have effective treatments and the therapeutics currently in stage three prove themselves effective.

If the r0 ticks up around here I will. I'd prefer not to assist.umvacconated.dipsbits with their spreadfest

I'm still wearing mine. I can't see a reason to stop. A lot of people in my area of Jersey USA still wear masks. Plus it helps me get away with calling people assholes in public.

It's a Donald Trump mask and on the face and nose, I wear a mask that says BIDEN WON!

Why/how would I continue to do something I've never done?

Cloth and paper masks don’t stop transmission of airborne particles, N95 masks do but are uncomfortable, I’m fully vaccinated, not obese, and not worried about the Delta variant. So no, like most people in my community, I don’t wear one except in the very few places where they’re still required. I’m grateful to the ugly fucks who still wear them though.
