A former political consultant for ex-U.S. Rep. Scott Taylor became the latest member of the one-term congressman’s staff to be indicted on election fraud charges.

The election fraud charges stem from a petition scandal during Taylor’s 2018 campaign for a second term in Congress. Taylor, a Republican, was running against Democratic challenger Elaine Luria.

So far, every single verified case of election fraud I've seen has been committed by or on behalf of a Repuke.

ShyBiGuy is still cruising the PB for deplorable "alpha" cock and is using fake memes as bait.

Joe Biden's sister is married to John Owens, who owns a tele-medicine company.

Deplorables just can't stop lying.

SAD!!!

[Yes i post really dumb mimes that I fail to vet for truthfulness
You are so fucking stupid, there should be a picture of you next to the definition in the dictionary...

Now if I could only figure out a way to contact you to sell you some "magic beans" that if planted will grow a giant who will stamp out Joe Biden....how much are you willing to pay....

*chuckles*

So are you still paying for that second rate community college bill, or did you just decide to default on it???

What is even fucking funnier about this idiot, is Dominion is a Canadian company....how long before the Canadian connection shows up in some dumb-assed conspiracy theory.....

Oh, see, I thought this was about something else. There's a certain common thread running through all these stories...

Yet another case of a Trumpkin doing what they accuse the opposition of doing

Republican lawmakers in Ohio pushing for more “safety and security” at the ballot box can now point to a clear example of voter fraud in the November 2020 presidential election.

Unfortunately for them, it involves another Republican.

Edward Snodgrass, who is a Porter Township trustee, has admitted to forging his dead father’s signature on an absentee ballot and then voting again as himself, court records and other sources revealed.

Snodgrass was busted after a Delaware County election worker questioned the signature on his father’s ballot. A subsequent investigation revealed the ballot had been mailed to H. Edward Snodgrass on Oct. 6 — a day after the 78-year-old retired businessman died.

Any particular reason you feel the need to try shaming someone for being Bi?

The word you're struggling for this time is "hypocrisy".

Amazing how you won't see what you're not looking for:

Sheesh- speaking of frauds, that applies to you. FYI, while it's not fraud, the Virginia Supreme Court did rule that the Secretary of State violated the Virginia Constitution by the manner in which election rules were changed.

:rolleyes::confused:

Too bad the new Texas voting laws actually don't account for this actual fraud.

What utter gibberish- I have no idea what you are trying to say. Laws don't "account" for fraud, but they may define fraud. And the applicable laws must have defined the actions the defendants were accused of as being fraud. For those a little slow on the uptake, or just too lazy to click a link, I will quote from the article- whose link I posted twice now:

An East Texas county commissioner and three other people have been indicted on charges that they fraudulently solicited mail-in votes from able-bodied voters by claiming they were disabled, often without the voters’ knowledge or consent.

Gregg County Commissioner Shannon Brown and three paid workers of Brown’s 2018 Democratic primary campaign — Marlena Jackson, Charlie Burns, and DeWayne Ward — were charged in a 35-page, 134-count indictment returned last week with multiple counts of election-related fraud and record tampering.

You and jaF0 are resorting to a lot of obfuscating tap dancing to confuse the issue I raised. He claimed that all the instances of fraud of which he was aware were by Republicans. Well that may be true- but I submit it's because he chooses to be aware of only those instances. He- and I think you- are trying to spread the completely false narrative that election fraud is a Republican problem. It isn't.

You both have impressively undiscerning minds- and in your case, a foul mouth one to boot.

Wtf are you talking about? New election laws should specifically be adjust and/or created to account for fraud that has occurred in the past....else what's the fucking point?

If I see someone cheating and getting away with it, I analyze the process and rules around those processes and adjust them to be able to find and/or catch them before they get away with it.

You clearly don't know much about law. It does depend on circumstances, but if something you do is illegal in 2018, but it becomes legal at a later date, you can be prosecuted under the law at the time you committed the action. I wouldn't think that the DA would indict in 2020 if he didn't intend to bring the case to trial.

On the other hand, if you committed a action that only became illegal later when a law was changed, you would be off the hook. Like, for example, Hillary Clinton's pooled futures trades in which Bill's "friends" accepted the losing trades and she got the winning ones- that only became illegal later, so, sleazy as it was, Hillary could not be prosecuted.

And of course, we have only your vague claim to the affect that the new Texas law "accounts" for fraud differently so as to make the charges moot. Well maybe- I don't know. If you have evidence for that, produce it.

But I'm not going to interact with you if you continue your foul-mouth comments about "the fucking point". To me, fucking refers to a far more interesting subject than your utterances.

If your entire goal is election integrity, then addressing those things that put ingegrity in question should be your main focus...else you're stupid.

To me, youre a fucking idiot. If my foul mouth is a problem, then feel free to ignore my posts. I'm not worried about losing any.sleep over it.

Sheesh dude- amazing what you don't find when you're not looking for it. No, that's too charitable- WHEN YOU REFUSE TO SEE IT:

https://apnews.com/article/voting-f...ive-longview-6d14e14da6d818a24b1394721d044ee5

LONGVIEW, Texas (AP) — An East Texas county commissioner and three other people have been indicted on charges that they fraudulently solicited mail-in votes from able-bodied voters by claiming they were disabled, often without the voters’ knowledge or consent.

That wouldn't make the votes fraudulent.

That's the conclusion you came to based on the content of my comment???

You're really bad at this.

The POS shared blatant right wing propaganda / misinformation in meme form in response to the OP.

There's a backstory to the "alpha" cock snark, but I'm not going to waste my time bringing you up to speed.

A "Bi" guy shilling for right wing bigots is farcical on its face, and that individual opened themselves up to ridicule and scorn.

You should choose your lost causes more carefully.

*nods*
