Weight loss motivation

Seeking a women for ongoing chat and pic sharing. I'm a 42 yr old WM that is in average shape. I am trying to get better and would love some motivation. I was hoping to find someone to share pics of my progress with. I was also hoping that the motivation would have sexual overtones. You can encourage me with words, pictures, or both. Nothing too overt, just light flirting. If you happen to be on a similar fitness journey, even better but not required.

A little about me. I am in South Florida. My friends would tell you I have a great sense of humor and I'm a decent conversationalist. They would also tell you I'm kind and generous but that I can be competitive on occasion. If you have any questions, just ask.

Where are you working out? I’ve always found that can play a part in my fitness motivation. I used to go to the gym every day for an hour and a half workout (miss it so much!) but when I couldn’t do that anymore and got the equipment for home instead I’ve found it a lot more challenging to stay motivated! Routine is also really helpful at staying on track with a fitness goal. I also find not depriving yourself of treats, but having set days to have them helps to avoid cravings that lead to binging!

Wow. An hour and a half? Are you an athlete by trade?

Your perspective is spot on. I struggled to workout at home during the pandemic. I've recently joined a gym and have a good routine. I am confident I will achieve my goals. I thought this would be a fun way to keep the motivation up. Nobody wants to be my trainer yet though ;)
 
Yes, the best motivation to lose weight is another person. I was so helped by my friend who reminded me about training when I was starting. Now I can easily build a schedule for myself without anyone's help. Also, my exercises and diet help me lose excess fat and build muscle. I usually give myself a Free Vitamin B12 Injection to keep my body in good shape. I have been a vegetarian for a long time, and this vitamin is necessary for me. It's difficult to imagine how people do without vitamins, especially in cold countries with little sun.

Suffered an injury and was out of commission for a while. Found someone on Reddit who was looking for something similar. It has been flirty, fun, and effective. About 10 more lbs to lose.
 
One of the biggest troubles for women is losing weight. To begin with, choose the reason you came up with the idea of losing weight.
There are many ways to lose weight, from the simplest to special programs under the guidance of specialists. And while a young girl can still exercise more and keep some kind of diet, for women 50+ this is a real problem. It's hard for them to lose weight, and there are health contraindications to intense exercise. My mom enrolled in a program at https://reverse.health/ to lose weight.
