My Stories Got Reverted To Pending

I had several stories published (4, I believe) with a 5th pending. When I logged in today to see if my newest story had been approved, I found that all 5 had been moved to Pending with their titles changed. Is this a common practice? Has something gone wrong? Is there an admin I can contact? (Also, if this is not the best avenue to talk about this--I am still fairly new to this whole author thing--please let me know who to contact and how).

Thank you.

OK, so is there more than one part to A?

Resort, Scene A, Pt 01
Resort, Scene A, Pt 02
Resort, Scene A, Pt 03

Resort, Scene B, Pt 01
Resort, Scene B, Pt 02
Resort, Scene B, Pt 03

Or is it more like:

Resort, Pt 01; Scene A
Resort, Pt 02; Scene B
Resort, Pt 03; Scene C

So, admittedly, what I'm trying to do is a little confusing.

There is sort of a chapter 0 called The Setup. Then Scenario A has 3 parts to it. I am then planning on releasing Scenario B (which is essentially the same story, but with different outcomes) and that will have 3 parts to it as well. So it'll look like this.

Resort - The Setup

Resort - Scenario A: Pt. 1
Resort - Scenario A: Pt. 1.5
Resort - Scenario A: Pt. 2
Resort - Scenario AB: Pt. 2 (this is an alternate take on Scenario A: Pt.2)

Then Scenario B (which I have not yet tried to publish) will follow a similar pattern.

I would do:

Resort - The Setup

Resort - Scene A: Pt. 1
Resort - Scene A: Pt. 2
Resort - Scene A: Pt. 3
Resort - Scene A: Pt. 2 (Alt.)

Then Scenario B

You may have to PM Laurel and try to explain it. She probably got confused by your scheme and tried to simplify it to normal chapter numbering.

Thank you, that is very helpful. One more thing, I've noticed how authors are able to group stories on their pages under bolded titles. Like Cheerleader Camp (or whatever) then underneath the title are all the entries in that story. Do you know how authors are able to organize their page that way?

Authors don't.

Admin does which they can only do if the title sequences make sense.

In your case this should end up under a "Resort, A 3 part series' type of header.

The chapter compilation is done by a software algorithm, which sequences in alpha-numeric order. What you show above will present out of order - "scenario" will come before "the".

It's too complicated. Also, the titles tell readers nothing. You need to hook readers in - these titles don't do that.
