Time and days fly by when we're busy. It seems like just a few weeks ago I was sitting by the pool in another place with the smell of apple wood smoke in the air. But it's been a year, and now in a different place I find myself preparing to do the same tomorrow at the beginning of another Memorial Day Weekend.

Hopefully we take the time to reflect on and honor those who have volunteered to forego the peace, prosperity, and tranquility, of normal life in order to accept a duty and an endeavor greater than themselves; those willing to take on the training, to shoulder the great risk, to endure the self sacrifice of life, limb, and sanity, in order to bring violence, in our behalf, to those who wish us great harm.

May this weekend bring a moment of contemplation to these quiet sacrifices of self, that enable us to continue our pursuit of happiness.

You disgrace their memories by being a birther who believes the most secure election in history (45's words) was rigged and we have a false President.

There was never a doubt that another disgrace to our Military would be the first to chime in on my post.

Let's review the simps in this thread real quick;

A disgrace of a human being who denies that he ever served in the military after years of claiming he did and the other is as bad or worse for denouncing the military and burning his uniform.

Happy Memorial Day indeed.

And then complain that our Military is soft.

Was that really necessary?

Right or left, I think we can all pause for a minute and remember the sacrifices made by our military men and women in defense of our nation.

Finally, a post I can get behind from you. If only you could open your heart and mind up like this to include other types of folks.

He can't get by the failure of his perception and instincts. He's feverish with VDS and all out of fingernails, gnawed down to stubs hallucinating about "vetteman" being in his car, under his bed, in his nightmares, and behind every username with an outlook different than his and right now, it's me. Luk suffers from Pareidolia. He'll find Bugs Bunny in a random cloud formation, his mom in a Denver Omelet, his life story in a piece of burnt toast. That last not being too far off the mark.

I can and do, but you won't find any of those types among those trying to piss on the blood and sacrifice of our fathers, bring down the country, and destroy our constitutional order.

Well, your wrong about that. It's a shame your a living anachronism.

There are way more good folks in this world than you realize.... blinders will do that to you.

You're a birther who believes 45 won the 2020 election. Luk wins.

"Good Folks" are not trying to bring the country down.

"Good Folks" are not trying to bring the country down.

I agree with you on this statement.

It's ashame you are not on the right side. This is how you can make an eloquent statement about Memorial Day and the specifics can undo all that eloquence and open heartedness.

Again, it sad to see folks become sour and angry because of "newness" and " new ways of doing things" that you call weird or wrong.

Opening your heart will set you free to a lot of things including love and good relationships with folks.

It's your choice dude.

...and it does not mean your accepting of everything....I'm sure not and it isn't relevant to anything.

I didn't denounce the military, why must you lie about everything Luk??

Oh yea, commie (D)eegenz gonna (D)eeGen.

He truly is a a major mouth in the left's butt-sucking human centipede.

Whatever the (D)eez tell him, he'll toe that line and lick their boots.

Luk has TDS, can't let OrangeMan go, has nightmares about him. :D

Luk agrees he's not a good person.

It's ashame you are not on the right side.

Says another jackbooted communist.
