Of course they're not. I'm sure your intentions are good but your judgmental impulse to police us is misguided. What in our ad suggests to you that we treat anyone that way? I'm not sure why Lit has gotten so pious over the last few years but it's strange to find people telling others what they are allowed to want (within the site's rules).

The Lit personals are frequently about people crossing lines of gender, race, ethnicity, age, marital status, nationality, and so on. It's common here to see young women seeking older men, white women seeking Black men, US women looking for British men, young men seeking older women, Black women seeking white men, and on and on. And, although I hope we don't objectify anyone, it's not uncommon to find people here who want to be objectified, used, punished, coerced, and demeaned.

Of course it's tricky navigating the line between honoring diversity and exploiting stereotypes. Still, seeking out people with different experiences and different standpoints and different ways of being in the world is exciting and pleasurable for us. We have enjoyed connections with non-binary and trans Litsters, non-white Litsers, non-US Litsters, Litsters with disabilities, and so on. We try to treat everyone with respect. We are nonjudgmental of people's desires and kinks and fetishes (again, within the site's rules) ... and let's also not forget that we are the Darksiders.
