In an amazing continuation of its 13th century thinking that brought us congressmen like Rick Santorum and Mike Kelly, The PA Republican now want to TAX women who have a miscarriage.

The Unborn Child Dignity Act requires women to fill out a form acknowledging their miscarriage. The form is mandatory and comes with a $20.00 tax for miscarrying the child and a death certificate to memorialize the discharge of the cluster of cells.

I personally cannot think of anything more authoritarian, invasive, unconstitutional or misguided, but I am sure the Christian Totalitarians will not disappoint me and will think of something that tramples on personal liberty more egregiously in the very near future.

Fake news.
1. The bill has not become law
2. The bill does not require the form to be filled out or a fine. It would be an option only if the mother wanted a death certificate issued.

It is what the PA Republicans WANT - the pricks.

How about a bill to chemically castrate or perform a vasectomy at their cost any man that misses a child support payment?

This is exactly the sort of "Rules For Thee, But Not For Meee!" situation that asexual BoBo can support wholeheartedly.

The law would provide mothers who lost their babies during pregnancy the option of having a death certificate issued if they want one. It’s not required. Believe it or not, some parents grieve over the loss of a child during pregnancy. A death certificate signifies a life that has ended. For some parents, it can bring closure and memorialize their unborn child. What’s your problem with that?

Without birth there can be no life, let alone liberty.

Obviously, you were dropped on your head. You have nothing intelligent to contribute to a discussion, just faux snooze talking points, you're not exactly very bright.

You don't even like women, you're the same genius who blamed mothers for going on public assistance, without demanding any accountability from the fathers. So there's that.

Remember, there are three bills Rethugs are trying to pass.

"The three bills Republicans advanced this week include a heartbeat bill that would ban abortions once a fetal heartbeat is detected; a ban on abortions after a Down syndrome diagnosis; and another that requires medical facilities to disclose burial options for miscarriages and abortions."

This part is telling of their exact agenda:

"Rep. Frank Ryan, R-Lebanon County, introduced the bill on burial options because of his own experience after losing a child, a story he has shared previously.

He said he was "asking the ladies in the room" to "recognize how men feel."
