I think he has a point....if you can take Jan6th riot, insurection and sacking of the Capitol by Thrump supports and various white nationalists and then say after the event it was not so, that is was Antifa or BLM or any other group and face no legal consequences then...

One of the hallmarks of a LIBERAL society is FREE SPEECH. Not speech which is "allowed" because it doesn't "offend" or doesn't "belittle" or isn't "hurtful".

The ones calling for speech restrictions have no qualms about calling people they don't like deplorables, Nazis, racists, etc. They think it's perfectly fine, but the minute of them is "offended", it's time to gut the First Amendment and destroy lives over words.

They should grow the fuck up and watch an Eddie Murphy comedy routine from the 80's.

Precisely. The whole point of the 1A is that we are rational beings and can talk things out to find the truth. The Left, being totally post-modern, denies there is even anything like rationality, reason being a smokescreen for oppression. Therefore, free speech can only be used to oppress.
