A few roads this one can take.

It can be the porn industry’s version of the studio parks. Though, the best way to frame it might be as a parody. You poke fun at the whole theme park concept and at the innate absurdity of over-produced pornography. It would be set in the golden-ear of the VCR tape. The story can follow a couple doing a tour of sets and visiting some of the 'attractions.' It could also take a more sci-fi route. Crazy rides — roller-coasters for clit and cock.

What kind of areas/rides/tours/accommodation… Well, what would be some fun things to include?

How about one of those walls like they have on extreme sports, where they have to negotiate a narrow ledge while the boxing gloves punch out at random and knock them into the water. In the adult theme park they could be dildos seeking to punch you in certain places....

I think (narratively) it’ll work best with different sections. A sex machine alley, a sexy haunted house, a themed hotel… I guess you could also do the stereotypical 'around the world sections' — North American, Asian, African, South American. I recall that was a big thing at theme parks way back.

Another way of dividing it up would be 7 sins, 7 sections. Gluttony is the food court, vanity is the hall of mirrors, envy is a hospital for plastic surgery/transformations, etc.

How about one of the obstacles is a Woden beam with different size dildos on it facing up. Some single some double but the beam is on a slope so it starts wit the contestants on there knees and they have to take each one in turn moving from one to the next but with each step it gets harder as the ground disappears from under your feet so you only have your hands to lift you off and on each set of dildos.

I know of an inverted view. San Francisco talk-radio station KGO once had a glass-walled announce booth facing a sidewalk allowing passersby to view the on-air 'talent'. Alas, the wall was bricked-over after a shooting attempt. Before then, it was common at night for passersby to flash the 'talent', or to drive up in a van, slide open the door, and perform sex acts, in hopes of distraction.

Let's combine those. A brothel in an urban 'free zone' has glass walls on the fuckrooms so passersby can watch and video the action. Or for a theme park, use your idea but lose the walls -- a slow-spinning open-air carousel with big beds and/or BDSM gear instead of merry-go-round ponies.
