Error in sending message

From about a week Literotica does not let me to send private feedback to the writer of the story, or send a message to a writer via "Contact" option.

Could you please help me?

The writer might have feedback and private messages turned off. That is a privacy choice given to writers by the site.

I understand your point, but it is not the case. They have it active, but I cannot send them.
