Not able to send or receive feedback

In the last couple of days I have not been able to send feedback via the user's contact page. Also seeing the comments of my story, people are having the same problem contacting me. Can someone please let me know

It just says "Sorry, cannot send mail to _____."

Some authors don't want private feedback, so they turn it off. Have you accidentally done that?

Never mind I found the controls. I allow all types of feedback with nothing blocked.

There is also a global option which covers PM settings -

as well as the individual story settings. The Feedback and PM systems are separate.
