When I first joined, it was because I wanted to write stories. Then, I found the boards and within just a couple months my life changed forever when I met someone here and it turned into a real life relationship. I found my soulmate, but unfortunately it wasn’t the right time for either of us. But I’ll forever treasure all the time we spent together and the adventures we went on. When we first met, he said he wanted to ruin me for all other men, and he did. We’re married to different people, but I will never not love him.

After that, I abandoned that account and created this one so I could have a fresh start, but I never hid that this was me.

I’ve found incredible friendships here that evolved beyond Lit. I consider them to be some of my best friends in life. I think that’s why I keep coming here because I know how awesome it is to make real true amazing connections. So, in that case I think I have found what I was looking for.

As for me? I came here to post stories, and then I got involved in the Authors corner. Eventually I ended up in the playground

I could probably write a book about my time on Lit. I discovered lit as a mature man (late 40s).

I had no idea there was a place where everyday people could talk about just anything. I found that not only was I not different in the way I thought about things, I was quite vanilla.

I have met and talked with many in my time here. I even met a few in person. Most things here, as in real, life tend to fade into the background, but there are a few old friends that I stay in touch with often.

Lit provides a great way to discuss things I otherwise couldn't. I enjoy most other people's views, but I won't criticize those that I disagree wit.

All in all, it's a great insight into other viewpoints. I do get put out with some of the negativity that I see here lately, but I'm staying.
