This is not from TNH or done by the EU as claimed. It's one outlier of a "scientist" reported by OANN (One American News Network) through TNH. Thankfully, in the post-Trump era, America no longer governs by tweet and/or press conference. Biden set the priorities, Congress responds...you know, just like America used to do.

Senile, grandfatherly old fossil replaces crazy, bombastic old fossil...what else is new? In my view, both men were demented, but Biden wasn't urging people to inject bleach, for the record. I still think that both men are senile, as shown by Trump as he used a wedding speech to roast our electoral process instead of the groom like a regular guest. 
So far, Biden's most noticeable gaffes have been to mistakenly call a black woman President and a black man before that. I'll live with that (even if the people in question have betrayed the multi-racial working class too much for my liking).
Both men are a bit handsy toward women and fast and loose with consent, but Trump was the one dumb enough to brag about it on Access Hollywood and have his lawyer pay off Stormy Daniels with campaign cash.
