There seems to be at least three distinct stages one goes through when finding and then exploring Literotica. The stages are, 1. wonder, 2. gorging/feasting, and 3. reflection.

Stage one.

Wonder is wide-eyed astonishment toward and curiosity about Literotica. One is amazed by the fact that such a place exists. We're shocked and amused by this site's glory and perversity. We lurk, we read, we dip our toes in to find some kind of ground on which we can place ourselves to gain pace with those seemingly already in erotica's fast lane.

Stage two.

Not long after the stage of wonder, we reach the second stage of Literotica: gorging/feasting. We're no longer amazed that the place exists. Its existence is a fact, and now we're in a position to take advantage of it. We are kids in a candy store, soaking up and eating whatever we can get our hands on. Unfortunately, this phase usually ends with an upset stomach. We can't properly digest what we've swallowed, so we're left with a vague feeling that we ought to expel what disagrees.

Stage three.

This brings us to the third stage. We've become picky eaters. We reflect on what we want and why we want it and how it will taste before trying to cram sustenance into our gullets. We seek proper portions. We take our time. We enjoy the meal.

I have reached this third stage, and I seek the company of someone who has also reached third stage deployment. I want to take things slow. I want to know another person. What's the day like? Share the mundane and fantastic details of life.

I'd like to talk to a woman who is approximately my age (30's-40's) who has, like me, hit stage three! Other than that, I really don't have any expectations or requirements. I'd just like to see where things go and what you're all about. Maybe we'll spark some chemistry or maybe not. There's fun in trying. There's fun in simply talking.

There indeed is fun in simply talking, and I also wish you luck, my fellow 30-something man (gah that definitely reads a little awkward, is it just me?). Anyway, I am unsure which stage I am at, but I would like to express appreciation for the openness and friendliness of this wonderful community you have built here. I look forward to becoming an active part of it, even more so than I am now. Be well and stay safe.

To be a little bit more specific, I am a 30's male located in the Midwest of the United States. I have a good job, a nice car, and a pretty rocking house. I am single. I have no kids. I own a few pets. I am 6'2". I am in shape. I enjoy watching films and television shows (like Fortitude or Twin Peaks), reading, and listening to music and so on and so forth.
